Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):
- Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipping
- Flat rate of $12.95
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
Free Shipping (EMS):
- Available for orders over $50
- Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipping
- Best for non-urgent orders
Shipping Areas
We ship globally, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. During checkout, our system will confirm if we can deliver to your location.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind every product we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your order.

- For exchanges: details of replacement item
- Receive Authorization:
We’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions and an RMA number. - Package Your Items:
Securely pack the unused merchandise with original tags in the original packaging when possible. - Ship Your Return:

Refund Information
- Timing: Refunds issued within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Method: Credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customer Responsibility: You cover return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Information
- We’ll ship your replacement as soon as we process your return.
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll pay the difference.
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.
- We cannot refund original international shipping costs.
- Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.
