Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):

  • Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Flat rate of $12.95
  • Recommended for time-sensitive orders

Free Shipping (EMS):

  • Available for orders over $50
  • Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Best for non-urgent orders

Shipping Areas

We ship globally, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. During checkout, our system will confirm if we can deliver to your location.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every product we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, these items cannot be returned unless defective:

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request:
    Email us at [email protected] within 15 days with:
    • Your order number
    • Items you wish to return/exchange (including size/color)
    • Reason for return
    • For exchanges: details of replacement item
  2. Receive Authorization:
    We’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Items:
    Securely pack the unused merchandise with original tags in the original packaging when possible.
  4. Ship Your Return:

  5. Processing:
    Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return.

Refund Information

  • Timing: Refunds issued within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Method: Credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customer Responsibility: You cover return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Information

  • We’ll ship your replacement as soon as we process your return.
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll pay the difference.
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.
  • We cannot refund original international shipping costs.
  • Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.
