Our Return & Exchange Promise

We want every competitive swimmer and water sports enthusiast to be thrilled with their TYL gear. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right – quickly and hassle-free.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your return/exchange request (see template below).
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the unused, unworn merchandise with original tags attached in the original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail the package to our Washington facility (address below) using a trackable shipping method.
  5. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return.

Return Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Once your return is processed:

  • Timing: Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we process your return.
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference.
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Nose & Ear Plugs
  • Swim Caps

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free replacement or refund.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.
  • We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders.
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.
